INVITATION FOR OFFICE CLEANING SERVICES

Precision Air Services Plc (PW) is the fast-growing Tanzanian airline operating in partnership with Kenya Airways. In its bid to constantly and consistently embracing the highest levels of safety, health and hygiene PW therefore invites prospective providers to express  interest for provision of office cleanliness and garden maintenance in the form of Competitive Tendering to which below are key considerations.

  1. Offices Locations, Sizes and Scope of Works (for more details refer tender document 1)

(i)Head Office and Sales Office at Diamond Plaza-Mirambo Street/Samora Avenue

(ii) Offices in Terminal Two-Traffic room, Catering ,Station Coordinator ,Road Control, Crew Briefing ,Operation Control Centre/Maintenance Control Centre , OPS Manager , Security ,Ground Hamdling & Flight Manager ,Motor Transport Office  Supervisor

(iii)Hanger, Line maintenance, Ground Support Equipment Facility and Catering Stores at Terminal One, Julius Nyerere International Airport

(iv) Arusha Town and Airport Offices

(v)Zanzibar Office

(vi) Mwanza - Town and Airport Offices

(vii)Kilimanjaro International Airport Office

  1. A Tanzanian shillings priced Quotation in one original, properly filled in and enclosed in envelope marked “QUOTATION FOR PROVISION OF OFFICE CLEANING & GURDEN SERVICES do not open before 15th February 2025.
  2. Submission deadline shall be on or before 15th February ­­­­­­­­­­­­2025 before 14.00hrs
  3. Late quotation, portion of quotation, electronic quotation, and quotation not received, quotation not opened at the opening event shall not be accepted irrespective of circumstances.
