Precision Air Named Best Employer of the Year in Apprenticeship and Internship Category at ATE Awards 2024

The award was presented at a distinguished ceremony held in Dar es Salaam on November 29, 2024, and is a testament to Precision Air’s unwavering commitment to fostering talent and providing exceptional opportunities for young professionals in the aviation sector. This recognition highlights Precision Air’s dedication to creating robust apprenticeship and internship programs that offer meaningful, hands-on experience to students and recent graduates.

Through these initiatives, Precision Air has successfully nurtured a pipeline of future aviation leaders, equipping them with the skills, knowledge, and industry exposure necessary for their careers. Over the past year, more than 40 interns and apprentices have passed through Precision Air’s training programs, many of whom have gone on to secure full-time roles within the company or other leading organizations.
